The museum is particularly popular during the Christmas and Easter seasons. A world-renowned folk festival takes place every summer.
The Rožnov museum is open March-April, Tuesday-Sunday from 9 am to 4.30 pm; May-August, Tuesday-Sunday from 8 am to 6 pm; and September-October, Tuesday-Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.
