Swimming club Riverside Sharks. Riverside Swimming Club was set up in October 2005. The purpose of the club was to help develop established swimmers. Emphasis is upon stroke, stamina and skills development. Another goal is to develop an increased awareness of the discipline and character needed for competitive swimming. Riverside Sharks now has over 60 members ranging from 4-17 years of age and are students from a variety of Prague 6 schools. Training sessions regularly take place 7 times a week at Strahov swimming pool located at Strahov Stadium.
