Pizza nuova Can't decide what pizza or pasta to order? Pizza nuova to the rescue: With its "try as much as you can" menu, you can sample any of the foods that the restaurants waiters offer, fresh from the kitchen. And the food is excellent, true Naples cuisine. And children will enjoy the Nutella pizza! The price is right, too, with the all-you-can-eat menu starting at CZK 295 (before 6 pm; it's CZK 328 afterwards), and families will appreciate the  children's play corner. If the idea of sampling various foods appeals to you, Pizza nuova is part of a chain which also includes the Restaurant Brasiliero (Na Příkopě 22, 221 451 200) and La Dégustation near Haštalské náměstí. Revoluční 1, 221 803 308.

Restaurant Macao & Wok One of the few Chinese restaurants in Prague which we consider worth mentioning We have eaten here several times, and have never been disappointed. In fact, we return with pleasure! Like other Chinese restaurants, the menu is endless. The service is efficient, if not always smiling, but Macao is centrally located just a few paces from the square and offers affordable prices (specialities at around CZK 200). Truhlářská 3, 222 316 09.

Makakiko. Running sushi Located inside the Palladium shopping centre Makakiko is hard to miss - just look for the frequently long line of people waiting to get in. The restaurant offers an all-you-can-eat menu (CZK 298 before 5pm, CZK 398 afterwards. Just help yourself from the moving conveyer passing by the table. Children pay CZK 100 less. The conveyor belt has two "storeys" - a hot one and a cold one. If you want to sample sushi non-stop, make sure to ask for table close to the sushi chefs…. This “economic” approach to sushi is good particularly if you come with a large family. Moreover, the running sushi has became my children's favorite restaurant. Palladium food court, 225 771 888.
