Open House at Portes Černínský Palác

June 8, 2010 -After an exciting Museum Night, why not continue in this cultural program on Sunday? Our suggestion: visit splendid Černínský Palác.

Considered one of the grandest baroque palaces in the country, the Černínský Palace is located in the Hradčany district not far from Prague Castle. The palace, which was built more than 300 years ago, has been occupied by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1923.

This Sunday, June 13, the ministry has decided to open its doors to the public in order to allow visitors to enjoy architectural marvel.

From 9am to 4pm, visitors will be able to take a 60-minute tour to see many of the palace's rooms.

This is a rare opportunity to discover a buiding that is usually closed to the public. More information here.
