Like others European capital cities, Prague offers a cultural night to its inhabitants and visitors. The specificity of Prague Museum Night is the free admission with exception of City of Prague Museum, Vyšehrad National Cultural Monuments and City gallery Prague.

In these sites, a symbolic admission fee is required. (1 CZK / 10 CZK…). Transport between the different sites during the Museum Night is also provided and free.

This year, 21 cultural institutions and 45 sites take part in the Prague Museum Night and majority of them presents new sites or exhibitions. Three new institutions participate in the project for the first time.This cultural night offers also a multitude of exceptional accompanying events as guided tour, displays of unique exhibits and curiosities, recitals, theatre performances, movies, lectures, public readings, discussions, etc.

In the sites of Prague Museum Night is an important event of cultural life in Prague. Last year, there were 160 000 people visited museums and galleries. It is very interesting because night allows discover museum and others buildings and exhibitions in another atmosphere. And you will able to save you a lot of money!
