Prague Wine Week: Taste and Discover
January 3, 2012 -The last week of January will be dedicated to Bacchus, the Roman god of wine. From Jnuary 23 to 29, wine-lovers should be sure to stop by for Prague Wine Week.

All week long, selected restaurants and wine bars will be hosting wine tastings featuring special menus, all featuring some of the best wines in competition for the annual Prague Wine Trophy.
Prague Wine Week kicks off on January 23 at 1pm with a gala tasting featuring more than 300 wines. The tasting will be held at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Prague (map); admission is CZK 1,000. Tickets are available at TicketPro.
This is the fourth Prague Wine Week, which is produced by Vinorevue magazine.The festival features many vintners from all over the world, plus some of the best wines from the Czech Republic as well. The festival website (Czech only) is Pww.cz.
