With 1.3 million visitors in 2009, the Prague Zoo is easily the most visited locale, followed by Prague Castle (1.21 million visitors), the most visited traditional tourist monument.
Bronze goes to the Prague Aquapalace, followed by its equivalent in Liberec, Centrum Babylon.
The National Musuem and the Jewish Museum, both in Prague, come in at 5th and 6th place. Zoological gardens seem to be quite popular. Besides the Prague Zoo in first place, place eight goes to the Zoo in Dvůr Králové, which is well known for its grand nature safari, followed by the zoos in Lešná and Plzeň, which is combined with a botanical garden. And the top 10 are rounded out by the Terezin Memorial.
