Walking with Dinosaurs
June 2009 - Plan ahead: After touring the United States and Australia, the spectacular adaptation of BBC television's series "Walking with Dinosaurs" comes to Prague in February 2010. The colossal arena show offers a wonderful chance to learn about these mighty beasts.

From 17 to 21 February 2010, Prague's O2 Arena will be ruled by prehistoric monsters as part of the "Walking with Dinosaurs" touring exhibit. The original 1999 BBC television series combining live action with special effects won several awards.
The arena adaptation is part spectacle and part educational. The audience will be introduced to dozens of species, including Tyrannosaurus Rex, the stegosaurus, and the giant brachiosaurus, while learning about the history of the Jurassic, Triassic and Cretaceous periods, continental drift, the breakup of Pangea, and the dinosaurs' extinction.
The spectacle follows the evolution of dinosaurs through history and their adaptations to the changing climate. Not to be missed is a battle between Tyrannosaurs.
