Bohemia in Bohemia: Duende

At Duende, you will find a taste of Prague's bohemian (with a small 'b') scene.
Just a few steps from café Standard, you will find a long-standing Prague institution that has managed to survive despite the onslought of tourism, café-bar Duende.
This charming and cosy bar is located at Karolíny Světlé no. 30, a stone's throw from Charles Bridge and the throngs of tourists and people in sailor outfits trying to get them to shill out for a boat ride.
Great for a coffee during the dar or cocktails and drinks in the evening, Duende is a meeting place for young Praguers and resident expats, in particular students or artists.
Duende is open Monday to Friday from 1pm to midnight, Saturday from 3pm to midnights, and Sunday from 4pm to midnight. They don't cook, but you can also get small snacks to go with your drinks. such as nachos, sausages, cheese or olives…
